Very many individuals have stood together against the Bill and their voices have been heard. Now surely the voice of those who are for the daft draft that the state has released should be listened to aswell. If journalists and intellectual minds are singing the songs of freedom of speech them why are they attacking and trying to silence the argument of those who think the bill has some standing?!!! Come now guys..
I have a friend who is fascinated by politics and all the logistical lies it entails, he drools over political press releases and documents like a 12 year old to a new quad bike an he brought forward the notion that most people who are against the bill haven't even read it, that they were being manipulated by the media which upon research I found was a very valid point... No more than an hour after he posted this on his Facebook status was he verbally and electronically attacked and I quote,"enough of your political nonsense *his name* Facebook isn't a place to put this kak" but does facebook not ask what your political veiws are when creating your profile? were these social media sites not created as a platform upon which a person could freely voice their opinion... if you don't like it unfriend, if they're tweeting about it--unfollow it really is a simple fix. Lets us not be hypocrites, lets allow everyone the freedom and allowance to voice their veiws however ignorant or illogical we may think it is, afterall, this is the freedom we ourselves are fighting for...
